    On Tuesday, 25 November  2025, Videri services will be undergoing scheduled maintenance, starting Time: 22:00 Eastern Time. We are scheduling the maintenance window for Duration: ~3 hours, but anticipate Videri Applications to be unavailable for only a few minutes.

    Canvases will not be affected and will continue to display scheduled content as intended.

    We will notify you as soon as the maintenance is completed. If you have any questions at all, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Degraded performance with Videri Production Services

    We're now seeing service functionality restored across the Videri Portal. Our engineering teams will continue to monitor the platform to ensure reliability. You can expect to use the Portal with complete functionality. As always, we're available at support@videri.com for any questions.

    We are currently experiencing degraded performance across parts of our platform due to an ongoing outage affecting one of our core infrastructure providers. As a result, you may notice delays or intermittent errors when accessing certain services or features. Our engineering team is actively monitoring our infrastructure, provider's recovery efforts and working to mitigate the impact on our systems. We will continue to provide updates as our provider progresses toward full service restoration. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
